چکیده
The Yogyakarta earthquake in 2006 caused damage several areas, especially the area of Klaten Regency. As a result, many infrastructures, houses, health facilities and casualties have been damaged. research was conducted with target knowing level earth's hazard by microzoning soil vulnerability areas Bayat District, Klaten, Central Java. This study used microseismic method HVSR (Horizontal to Vertical Spectral Ratio) analysis method. Where are natural/dominant frequency parameters, natural amplification, index as measured parameters? aims carry out microzonation disaster risks which interpreted from results obtained, namely amplification maps (A0), dominant (f0), (Kg), shear wave velocity at depth 30 meters (Vs30). Data acquisition carried 19 measurement points spacing between having distance 1-2 km using portable TDS seismograph. obtained varied values A0 0.9 – 8.8, f0 1.0 13.8 Hz, Kg 0.4 38.5, Vs30 228.1 1635.4 m/s. From these it can be categorized zoning regarding value based on (Kg) minimize

Liquefaction Hazard assessment using Horizontal-to-Vertical Spectral Ratio of Microtremor
In this paper, the spectral ratio of mmicrotremor, HSVR, is presented for estimating the liquefaction potential of layered soil in the coastal area of the Persian Gulf, which consists of a hard sandstone layer situated between two saturated sandy layers. The surface layer is thin, with a thickness between 2 and 5 meters. The purpose of this paper is to identify the relation between the liquefac...

Estimation of glacier thicknesses and basal properties using the horizontal-to-vertical component spectral ratio (HVSR) technique from passive seismic data
Microtremor measurements and the horizontal-to-vertical spectral ratio (HVSR) technique, generally used for site effect studies as well as to determine the thickness of soft sedimentary layers, can effectively be applied to map the thickness of glaciers. In this work the radio-echo sounding, geoelectric and active seismic methods, widely employed to image the earth interior, are applied to veri...
